I felt comfortable asking questions about the repairs, and they answered everything thoroughly, which I appreciated as someone who isn't very car-savvy. The turnaround time was a bit longer than I expected, but they explained this was due to sourcing specific parts. I valued their commitment to getting it right rather than rushing the job. When I got my car back, it looked fantastic, and you wouldn't even know it had been in an accident! If anything, I’d suggest that they work on their communication a bit more during the repair process; a simple text update would have been nice. Despite that, I am thrilled with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone in the area needing auto body work.
